In the first episode of season 2 (s2e1) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, after a car crash, the survivors are taken to the hospital. Deans condition is serious and in order to save Deans life, John makes a deal with a healer to sacrifice his own life and also to give the healer the gun that he has.

In the second episode of season 2 of TV show SUPERNATURAL, Sam and Dean track a message received on the cell phone of John to a lay Ellen who runs a bar which attracts hunters like them. On the other hand, some demons posing as clowns want to kill the parents of innocent children by entering their homes.

In the third episode of season 2 (s2e3) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, Sam and Dean go on to investigate a case of deaths of several people and cattle in a lodge. Sam is captured by the vampires and finds out that vampires are behind the killings as they derive life force from them. Dean comes to save Sam by taking on the vampires.

Sam and Dean go to the grave of their father and notice that a nearby grave of a young woman has dead plants on it. On investigation in the fourth episode of season 2 (s2e4) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, it is revealed that the young woman had a past which is the reason for the killing some of her acquaintances.

The brothers encounter Andy Gillette, a hippie about Sam’s age who has the ability to control others’ minds. Andy is able to get people to lend him their cars, but when he starts to use his power for larger things, he begins to attract attention. Now, Sam and Dean must stop him before he takes his power to an extreme.

After blond women are brutally murdered in their apartment building, Sam and Dean soon discover that the ghost of H. H. Holmes, the first serial killer, is behind the murders. Elsewhere, Jo openly defies her mother's wishes and chases after the Winchester brothers as they pursue H. H. Holmes. However, Jo's plan goes wrong when she ends up buried alive by the ghost.

In the seventh episode of season 2 (s2e7) of TV show SUPERNATURAL Sam and Dean have to solve a case of the death of a lawyer and his wife who had seen a ghost before they died. Ballard, a detective does not believe the brotherss story and arrests them. But later on he feels sorry for having arrested them and realizes that they were right.

Two highly successful individuals die after claiming to be haunted by hell-hounds and after investigating the scene, Sam and Dean discover that a local bar was built on top of a site where a demon has been making people's dreams come true in exchange for their souls. Dean is able to summon the demon, but is shocked when it reveals the truth surrounding his father's death, leading the demon to tempt Dean into getting the one thing he wants the most -- his father.

In the ninth episode of season 2 (s2e9) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, Sam and Dean go off to Oregon after Sam has a vision about Dean killing a demon. There, a virus seems to be affecting people turning them into murderers. Sam contacts the virus but strangely remains unaffected by it. They investigate to know why.

When Dean tells Sam about what John told him before he died, Sam heads off to Indiana without Dean knowing. There Sam meets Eva, a psychic who was looking for Sam in order to warn him about his fate. Meanwhile, Dean learns that Gordon is after Sam and races to find his brother before it’s too late.

At a small Connecticut inn, Sam and Dean encounter a single mother, Susan, whose daughter, Taylor, often plays with an imaginary friend. As Susan and Taylor are packing to move after selling the run-down Cornwall Inn, Sam and Dean begin to notice strange dolls with backwards heads and an urn with a familiar pattern. Thinking that voodoo may be at work at the inn, the brothers soon discover that the imaginary friend may be the demon behind recent deaths of people living in the rural Connecticut town.

In the twelfth episode of season 2 (s2e12) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, Sam and Dean are called upon to solve a case of robberies in banks. Whats similar between all the robberies is that a top employee performs robberies and then commits suicide. They conclude that it is a work of a shapeshifter who they had encountered earlier too.

The Winchester brothers look into the murders of several people who say they were visited by an angel and were simply carrying out God's will. After further investigation, Sam and Dean find that those murdered were guilty of secret crimes, but the brothers split on what they think the truth is -- Sam believes that there is an angel that caused the murdered, but Dean thinks that a demon is the cause of the deaths. However, Dean soon changes his belief when he sees the unexplainable.

Sam, who had been missing for over a week, frantically contacts Dean and Dean hurries to be with his brother. There he finds Sam covered in blood, but he can't remember what happened that caused the blood to be spatted on him. As the brothers search for the truth, they're shocked to find a tape that shows Sam killing a fellow hunter, making Sam think that his evil side is taking over his body.

The Winchester's family friend, Bobby, is called by Sam and Dean when they are unable to find the cause of bizarre, violent happenings at a college campus. Bobby arrives with a hunch as to which being is behind the killings as well as the Winchesters' escalating feud.

In the sixteenth episode of season 2 (s2e16) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, Molly along with her husband is driving on a deserted way when suddenly a farmer comes on their way. Her husband and the farmer disappear. Sam and Dean go on to find that that it is Molly actually who is actually killed by the farmer who is the ghost.

While investigating the mysterious death of a lawyer who appears to have been mauled to death by an animal, Sam and Dean realize that they may be tracking a werewolf. As they look into the death, Sam becomes attracted to Madison, the victim's secretary, and when it appears that Madison will be the next victim, Sam does all he can to protect her. Dean is able to find a way to track the wild animal down and is shocked by what he finds.

An actor of a horror movie is murdered and the brothers go to Hollywood to investigate in the eighteenth episode of season 2 (s2e18) of TV show SUPERNATURAL. A word goes out that there is a ghost on the sets but Sam and Dean dont believe this unless the executive producer of the movie and the studio executive also die.

In the nineteenth episode of season 2 (s2e19) of TV show SUPERNATURAL, Sam and Dean go to the prison which is haunted to help a friend of their father. The FBI agent, Victor Henrickson, takes over the murder cases and the brothers realize that getting out of the prison might not be easy now unless they are helped by their defender, Mara Daniels.

Dean gets a glimpse into how life would be if the demon had never killed his mother and if the Winchesters hadn't devoted their lives to killing the evil that walks the Earth. In this life, Sam is in law school and engaged to Jessica, his mother is alive, and he is leading a normal life. However, when a strange woman begins following him around and tells him that each of the people that Dean has saved has died, Dean has to decide if he wants to stay in this life or return to his life of hunting.

Sam is kidnapped by the Yellow-Eyed Demon and finds himself trapped in a ghost town along with other children with special abilities much like his own. Sam and the others who have been abducted soon find out that the Yellow-Eyed Demon has brought them together in order to determine which is the most powerful. The Yellow-Eyed Demon shows Sam the truth behind the death of one of his parents. Meanwhile, Dean and Bobby team up to help save Sam before the battle breaks out, but, unfortunately, are too late.

Deans mood is very emotional after Sams fight with Jack in the twenty second episode of season 2 (s2e22) of TV show SUPERNATURAL. He gets back Sam but only after paying a price for it. In the mean time, the yellow-eyed demon threatens to take over the earth and the brothers have to prevent him somehow.
